The U.S. Women's National Team last competed in 2025 at the World Games in Chengdu, China.

In 2024, Team USA took 9th place at the IFA Women’s World Championship in Argentina.​

Prior to that, the U.S. Women placed 6th in the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, AL, and competed in the 2014 Women's World Championship in Dresden, Germany.
